Saturday Conditioning at nine is the only class here with no boxing and no Muay Thai in it. Sixty minutes, bodyweight circuits, bag intervals, and core work, built so that people who sit down all week can get through an hour without wrecking a shoulder.

Every station scales two directions. The version on the whiteboard is the middle; your coach will show you the easier start and the harder finish before the timer runs. Nobody times you against anyone else, and nobody cares what round you take off if you need one.

Why does a fight gym run a conditioning class at all? Because the first thing that breaks down in sparring is never technique, it is legs and lungs. Fighters have known this forever. The class exists so fundamentals students build the engine early, and so members who never intend to compete still get a hard honest hour.

Gloves are optional, wraps help, water is mandatory. The class caps like everything else, so book the free week and take a Saturday to see what it feels like. Most people stay for the bag rounds.
